How to move GC role to another DC?

However, when I run DCPromo.exe, I get a message saying that this is the Global Catalog server for the domain, and that I should make sure another GC is available before continuing. I seem to recall when I promoted this DC, it recommended it takes over the GC role, and I said "Yes".
