One of the questions was inadvertently deleted from the form (user was in the wrong mode). I was notified immediately and added the question and corresponding drop-down list back.

1. Launch Teams on your iPhone and tap on the “Calendar” icon at the bottom of the screen.
2. Then tap on the calendar icon that contains “+” in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
3. This will create a new meeting.
4. Tap “Done” in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
5. A user can access the meeting link on the email
6. Click the "Click here to join the meeting" link to open the meeting in your default browser
7. Select between the options of "Join the meeting", "Use the desktop app" or "Download the app"
8. In case you select the desktop app, you will be prompted to sign in using your account
