2 hours ago If you do, take your current catalog that won't open and drag it to a new folder ( to be deleted ). Navigate to your backup if it's zipped, unzip it and drag the catalog file (.lrcat) to the Lightroom folder. Double click to open that lrcat file. Delete the old corrupted catalog. 4 hours ago When Lightroom Classic is running with a catalog open, it creates a [yourcatalogname].lrcat.lock file next to the [yourcatalogname].lrcat file. This file ensures that there is no other access to the catalog in use. When you exit Lightroom Classic, the lock file is deleted automatically.
