To manage software update catalogs we use the Catalogs Workspace. In the same workspace we can add new catalogs. After adding new catalogs we can managing existing catalog subscriptions. We can also import info about these updates from a catalog to SCUP repository.

What out of box partner software is available with scup 2017 preview version?

Following are out-of-box Partner Software Update Catalog available with SCUP 2017 preview version. Adobe Acrobat X, Adobe Acrobat 11, Adobe Reader X, Dell Business Client, Dell Server, Fujitsu PRIMERGY, HP Client, and HPE ProLiant. This is also explained in the video here.

Why add acrobat reader dc to sccm catalog?

By adding the Adobe catalog for Acrobat Reader DC to Configuration Manager, you can deploy updates for Adobe natively without using SCUP. How do i import third party patch catalogs into scup?
